On August 23rd we will be attending a Panic! At The Disco concert in Cesena, Italy. This is not our first Panic! At The Disco show, since we attended the Decaydance Fest in Paris on August 21st, 2007. It’s been exactly 4 years, so we wanted to celebrate by sharing the pictures we took in Paris with you! Il 23 agosto andremo al concerto che i Panic! At The Disco terranno a Cesena. Non è la prima volta che assistiamo ad un loro concerto, abbiamo infatti partecipato al Decaydance Fest a Paris il 21 agosto del 2007. Siccome sono passati esattamente 4 anni, volevamo celebrare condividendo con voi le foto che abbiamo scattato a Parigi! The best things are also the most dangerous ones.
Ethereal plants and flowers, colored, coreographic, they’re the perfect trap.
The insect gets closer, attracted by their colours, and it can’t perceive danger getting nearer and nearer.
The best things are the ones hurting us the most.
We’re blind in front of bright colors of what seems so perfect
and like stupid flies we can’t perceive danger.
But… those flowers are oh-so-beuatiful…
Maybe it is worth it… to touch them even for just a second…
Le cose belle sono anche le più pericolose.
Piante e fiori eterei, colorati, coreografici sono trappole perfette.
L’insetto si avvicina, attratto dai colori, e non sente il respiro del pericolo che pian piano si avvicina.
Le cose belle sono quelle che ci fanno più male.
Siamo ciechi davanti ai colori sgargianti di ciò che ci sembra perfetto
e come stupide mosche non percepiamo il pericolo.
Però… quanto sono belli quei fiori…
Forse ne vale la pena… toccarli anche solo per un secondo…

Leaden
It’s not so easy anymore to see a blue sky,
it’s all leaden and it feels heavy,
just like Dickens’ London,
just like noir movies,
those where the detective falls in love with his client.
Grey skies are kind of appealing,
the air seems suspended, surreal…
Plumbeo
Vedere un cielo azzurro non è più così facile,
ormai è plumbeo e sembra pesante,
un po’ come nella Londra di Dickens,
un po’ come nei film noir,
quelli dove l’investigatore si innamora della cliente.
Anche il cielo grigio ha il suo fascino,
l’aria è come sospesa, surreale…
